I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation to allow you to find out more about psychotherapy, my approach to working, and to ask any questions you may have.

Session fees for psychotherapy are £65 - £110.

I have a sliding scale for what you feel you can afford.

Each session is 50 minutes and would be once weekly on the same day and time.
